Job summary

Shift Pursuit in Cape Town is looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist to lead technical delivery from design development through construction documentation in a BIM-driven environment.

You will produce detailed Revit models, coordinate across multidisciplinary teams, and ensure high-quality documentation while delivering projects on time and within quality standards.

Qualifications

• Registered with SACAP at Pr.S.Arch.T. or Pr.Arch.T.
• Approximately 10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong proficiency in Revit.

Responsibilities

Our client, an established architectural practice, is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their Cape Town team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically accomplished professional to work on exciting architectural projects within a collaborative, BIM-driven environment while contributing across the full project lifecycle.

The successful candidate will bring strong technical expertise, excellent Revit skills and the ability to confidently deliver projects from design development through to construction documentation and project delivery.

• Strong proficiency in Revit.

Experience:

• Strong technical and architectural design experience.
• Experience across design development, technical documentation and project delivery.
• Confidence working within a BIM-based project environment.
• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams throughout project delivery.
