Our client, a prominent multi-sport facility in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga , is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Aquatics Program Director to oversee all aquatic activities and programs. This leadership position is responsible for the strategic development, management, and execution of a diverse range of swimming and water-based programs, including competitive swimming, learn-to-swim initiatives, water aerobics, and recreational activities. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Sports Management, Kinesiology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aquatics management, program development, and staff supervision.
• Current certifications in Lifeguarding, CPR/AED, First Aid, and Water Safety Instructor (WSI) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in budget management and financial oversight of aquatic operations.
• Strong knowledge of pool operations, water chemistry, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop engaging and inclusive aquatic programs for diverse age groups and skill levels.
• Demonstrated success in marketing and promoting recreational programs.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
