Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years aquatics supervision experience.
• Current Lifeguard certification and First Aid/CPR/AED.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the aquatics centre, ensuring a safe and clean environment.
• Manage and schedule a team of lifeguards and swim instructors, providing ongoing training and performance feedback.
• Enforce all pool safety rules and regulations, responding effectively to emergencies.
• Coordinate and promote various aquatic programs, including swimming lessons, fitness classes, and special events.
• Maintain pool water quality and chemical balance, adhering to strict health standards.
• Handle member inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
