About the Role

Our client is seeking a vigilant and service-oriented Aquatics Centre Supervisor to manage their pool facilities and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all patrons in Richards Bay . This role involves supervising lifeguards, managing daily pool operations, enforcing safety regulations, and coordinating aquatic programs such as swimming lessons and water aerobics. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of pool safety standards, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. You will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of our aquatic facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the aquatics centre, ensuring a safe and clean environment.
• Manage and schedule a team of lifeguards and swim instructors, providing ongoing training and performance feedback.

Requirements

• Previous experience in aquatics supervision or lifeguard management (minimum 3 years).

• Strong knowledge of pool safety procedures and emergency response protocols.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
