Placements24 seeks an Aquatic Center Supervisor to manage daily operations of a public swimming facility in Klerksdorp. You will supervise lifeguards and instructors, enforce pool safety rules, respond to emergencies, and ensure cleanliness and functionality of the aquatic environment.

The ideal candidate has experience in aquatics supervision, current lifeguard, first aid, and CPR/AED certifications, and strong leadership and communication skills to support a safe, community-focused facility.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in aquatics supervision or pool management.
• Current Lifeguard, First Aid, and CPR/AED certifications are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the aquatic center, including pool scheduling and patron management.

About the Role

Our client is seeking an attentive and capable Aquatic Center Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of their public swimming facilities in Klerksdorp . This role is responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all patrons, supervising lifeguards and swim instructors, and maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the aquatic environment.
