Job summary

Virtustant is seeking an Appointment Setter to turn inbound leads into booked appointments for US businesses. This is a 100% remote role based in South Africa, with full-time hours aligned to US business hours.

You will respond to inquiries by phone, SMS and email, qualify leads, book appointments, and keep the CRM up to date. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in sales or customer service, Advanced English (C1+), and a track record of meeting targets.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in sales, appointment setting or customer service.
• Advanced English (C1 or higher), confident on the phone.
• Target-driven and resilient.
• CRM experience and familiarity with common CRM platforms.
