Job summary

Vodafone is seeking an Applications Support Manager to own the operational systems that underpin MAST’s service delivery. You will balance run and improvements, governing vendor support and ensuring data-driven value from asset and monitoring platforms.

The role collaborates with O&M, Power, NOC, and Data & AI teams to enhance stability, performance, and analytics, while aligning with security and governance standards.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years’ experience in application support, business systems management, or IT operations.
• Experience with enterprise applications, integrations, and data flows (APIs, ETL, or similar).
• Knowledge of ITIL principles (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
• Exposure to cloud-hosted applications and monitoring tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Product Ownership & Roadmap management for OSS and related systems.
• Maintain Operational Performance, Availability & Data Quality.
• Oversee Change, Release & Configuration Management.
• Govern vendor & support relationships and governance.
• Drive Continuous Improvement & Adoption of new capabilities.
