Job summary

Ninety One is seeking a client operations professional to support a diverse international client base from South Africa. The role focuses on professional client liaison, query resolution and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality service across our asset management client base.

You will manage client relationships, perform ongoing KYC, and maintain CRM records while contributing to process improvements and efficiency projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level business/commerce or related degree is required.
• 3–5 years experience in investment management or financial services client servicing.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of Power BI/Power Automate and SQL is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Liaise professionally with clients (new clients, restructures, performance, off-market trade queries).
• Manage client queries and resolutions efficiently.
• Collaborate with Investment Operations, Client Directors, Portfolio Managers and other teams.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM records and support ad hoc process improvements.
