Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or airport operations preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of airport regulations and procedures is a plus.
• Must pass background check and obtain security clearances.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist passengers at check-in, gates, and baggage claim areas.
• Ensure safety and security of passengers by following airport regulations.
• Provide information on flight schedules, delays, and inquiries.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Assist with loading/unloading baggage and cargo onto aircraft.
• Perform security checks on passengers and luggage.
• Operate airport equipment such as baggage carts and conveyors.
• Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Adhere to company policies and safety regulations.
