Responsabilités

• Assist in loading and unloading baggage and cargo from aircraft.
• Guide and direct arriving and departing aircraft on the ramp.
• Provide customer service to passengers including check-in, boarding, and assistance.
• Conduct security checks and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Operate airport equipment safely (baggage carts, tugs).
• Communicate effectively with team and airport personnel.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo from aircraft

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service or airport operations role is preferred

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
