• Ensure timely and proper setting of milestones/status codes with 100% data quality.
• Prepare and transfer documentation.
• Handle shipments: Back-to-Back, Direct Master, Consolidation, etc.
• Meet timeframes for shipment handling to different countries.

What You Can Expect :

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Assisting internal customers & operations team with shipment handling
• Processing booking documentation, transport management system (TMS) data entry and financial accruals
• Ensure timely and proper setting of milestones/ status codes with a target of 100% data quality
• Preparation and transfer of documentation
• Handling different types of shipment: Back-to-Back, Direct Master, Consolidation, etc

What You Bring:

Knowledge & Experience:

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations Management or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, specifically with Air / Ocean Freight forwarding
• Excellent data entry skills with high level of accuracy
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
