Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Logistics, Operations Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in logistics, with Air/Ocean Freight forwarding.
• Excellent data entry with high accuracy; fluent English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Assist internal customers & operations team with shipment handling.
• Process booking documentation, TMS data entry, and financial accruals.
• Ensure timely and proper setting of milestones/status codes with 100% data quality.
• Prepare and transfer documentation.
• Handle shipments: Back-to-Back, Direct Master, Consolidation, etc.
• Meet timeframes for shipment handling to different countries.
