MCI is seeking an AI Product Owner to drive the delivery of AI-powered products and solutions. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, owning product backlogs, defining requirements and guiding AI initiatives through the lifecycle.

You will work with AI engineers, product managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, deliver value to customers and continuously improve product performance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business/tech field
• 4+ years in Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role
• Experience in Agile delivery environments
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working with technical delivery teams

Responsabilidades

• Own product backlogs and define user stories with acceptance criteria
• Translate business needs into actionable product requirements
• Collaborate with AI engineers, product managers and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
• Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions across teams
• Monitor product performance and user adoption; drive continuous improvement
• Support product releases and rollout activities; ensure alignment with AI goals
