The Focus Group is seeking an AI Product Manager to define and own AI product strategy across platforms and use cases. You will translate opportunities into requirements, guide model choices with specialist teams, establish evaluation metrics, and shape product positioning and pricing throughout the lifecycle.

You will partner with researchers, ML engineers and architects to deliver end-to-end AI-enabled solutions, align with business value, and ensure responsible AI practices while driving

Qualifikationen

• Experience in product management, discovery, and SDLC practices.
• Roadmap development, backlog prioritisation, Agile delivery.
• Foundational knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and ML, supported by relevant certifications.
• Experience with data-driven products, including data quality assessment and governance.
• Experience designing, managing, or supporting pilots, PoCs, A/B testing, and model evaluation frameworks.
• Proficiency with analytics and performance tools to track business, product, and operational outcomes.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI, governance frameworks, risk management, privacy and ethics.
• Experience developing business cases, financial models, ROI assessments and pricing strategies.

• Identify and prioritise opportunities by analyzing user needs, processes and market opportunities.
• Develop AI product requirements with clear scope, inputs/outputs, data needs and acceptance criteria.
• Inform model and technology choices by collaborating with researchers and engineers.
• Define features and the product roadmap, prioritising backlog and sequencing.
• Specify data requirements and readiness with data owners and specialists.
• Establish product evaluation plans with data scientists, ML engineers and domain experts.
• Monitor performance and drive product improvements based on evidence and metrics.
• Coordinate responsible AI and release readiness with governance, risk, security, and compliance teams.
• Define positioning and pricing, and drive adoption and value realization.
