Wuffes is seeking a Creative Strategist (Performance) to turn data into scroll-stopping creative at scale. You’ll work with a pod and a video editor to manage weekly ad briefs and scripts across Meta, AppLovin, TikTok, and other paid channels.

You’ll bring 3+ years in performance-focused creative strategy, strong scripting ability, and a data-driven mindset to drive new winners while embedding AI tools to accelerate briefs and learnings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in performance-focused creative strategy.
• High-volume scripting delivering multiple briefs weekly to deadline.
• Commercial creativity and ability to read thumbstop, CTR, CPA and ROAS.

Responsabilités

• Deliver weekly sprint of scripts and briefs across video, static, UGC and AI formats.
• Produce a mix of new concepts and iterations on top performers with monthly winners.
• Review performance data weekly and translate results into briefs for the next sprint.
• Build a structured creative testing framework for hooks, angles, personas and formats.
