Shiny Wipes is hiring an experienced Performance Creative Strategist to lead the creative strategy behind our 8-figure DTC brand serving the US market. You’ll own research, ideation, scripting, briefing, analysis and iteration, with a heavy focus on Meta Ads and direct-response creative.

This role is performance-driven, not traditional branding. You’ll turn customer insights into winning concepts, rely on data to decide what to test next, and collaborate closely with the founders and our

Competenze

• 3+ years of hands-on performance creative experience
• Deep Meta Ads experience with CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPM, Hook Rate, Hold Rate
• Strong knowledge of direct-response copywriting, consumer psychology, hooks, awareness levels, objections, offers, storytelling, and VSL structures
• A proven track record — show creatives you’ve personally strategized with performance context
• Experience turning customer and competitor research into new marketing angles and concepts
• An AI-native workflow — actively use modern AI tools for research, ideation, scripting, analysis, or production
• Excellent written and spoken English, including US market advertising copy
• High ownership: independent and proactive
