Job summary

Foxelli Group is seeking a Performance Ad Creator to turn product insights into persuasive video ads for our D2C brands. You will own the concept and production, crafting hooks, scripts, and finished ads in collaboration with our creative lead and media buyers.

You’ll explore customer reviews, write authentic English copy, experiment with AI and footage, and iterate based on ad performance to drive growth across our in-house brands.

Qualifications

• Experience creating direct-response video ads for ecommerce.
• Ability to turn motivation or objection into a persuasive angle.
• Strong understanding of pacing, visuals, and sound to maintain viewer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Customer research and develop original ad concepts for paid social (Meta).
• Write hooks, scripts, on-screen copy and calls-to-action in English; produce complete ads.
• Edit and produce videos using product footage and AI assets; manage voiceover, captions, and pacing.
• Test multiple openings/concepts and iterate based on performance with media buyers.
