• Assist sales admin with quotes, orders and customer queries.
• Collaborate with business development on new product opportunities and registrations.
• Maintain CRM data and provide weekly visit and pipeline reporting.

Driving growth in the Agri chemical and animal feed sectors requires decisive commercial leadership and relationship mastery. Our client seeks an Agri Sales Executive to expand market share and elevate profitability within a strategic portfolio of feed mills, premixers, and nutritionists over a phased transition period.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve agreed volume and gross profit targets for agri and animal feed sales.

• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders including feed mills, premixers, and nutritionists.

• Re-engage lapsed accounts while proactively securing new business opportunities.

• Assume responsibility for existing South African agri accounts over approximately 12 months.

• Manage quoting within established price lists and approval protocols; oversee order progression through to delivery and payment.

• Support the sales administrator by assisting with quotes, order processing, and resolving customer queries.

• Collaborate with business development to identify new product opportunities and customer requirements, contributing to product development and registration efforts.

• Maintain accurate and current CRM data along with weekly visit and pipeline reporting.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in profit and loss accountability within sales environments.

• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders.

• Demonstrated sales capability in agricultural or related chemical sectors.

• Proficiency in SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

• Competent administrative skills to support sales operations seamlessly.

Salary: R50,000 - R70,000 per month (Cost to Company)
