You will steer cross-functional teams, manage integrations and data migrations, facilitate Scrum or Kanban ceremonies, and mentor junior PMs while ensuring budgets, schedules and risks are controlled.

Qualifications

• Proven IT project delivery experience within banking or financial services.
• Strong Agile experience, including Scrum and/or Kanban.
• Strong working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Experience developing and maintaining project schedules in Microsoft Project.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing project budgets and financials.

About the Role

We are recruiting for an experienced Agile Project Manager, with deep IT Delivery experience, to lead complex technology projects within a banking environment.

This role requires someone who can combine Agile delivery with structured project governance, while confidently managing technical integration, migration and enterprise IT projects.
