Job summary

Omega HR Solutions seeks an IT Project Manager (Agile) to lead complex IT integration projects in the financial services sector. You will blend Agile delivery with governance to drive transformation and ensure delivery excellence.

You will facilitate agile ceremonies, manage integrations, APIs, and migrations, and balance governance with agility using Jira, Confluence, and MS Project. Leadership and cross‑team collaboration are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering IT projects in financial services/banking
• Hands-on experience with system integration, API deployments, and data migration
• Strong proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and MS Project
• Excellent stakeholder communication and risk management skills
• Certifications preferred: PMP/PRINCE2, ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agilist
