Job summary

Codeconnect Staffing is seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead IT delivery within a banking environment. The role combines Agile practices with structured governance, handling integration, migration and enterprise IT projects.

You will manage budgets, schedules and stakeholder communications, while mentoring junior PM resources in a hybrid work setting in South Africa.

Qualifications

• Proven IT project delivery experience within banking or financial services.
• Strong Agile experience, including Scrum and/or Kanban.
• Strong working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Experience developing and maintaining project schedules in Microsoft Project.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing project budgets and financials.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile delivery across cross-functional technical teams.
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Manage system integration, API and data migration workstreams.

About the Role

This role requires someone who can combine Agile delivery with structured project governance, while confidently managing technical integration, migration and enterprise IT projects.
