Qualifications

• CSM or PSM certification is required.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years focused on agile methodologies.
• Proven experience managing financial system implementations or related IT projects.
• Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory compliance (e.g., FAIS, FICA).
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is required.
• Experience with agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in the banking or broader financial services sector is highly preferred.
