Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with Agile project delivery.

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects on time and within budget using Agile methodologies.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules and resource allocation.
• Manage day-to-day project operations including tracking progress and resolving issues.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Communicate project status through regular reports and presentations.
