Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• First Aid and CPR certification is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a group of primary school students in a safe and structured aftercare environment.
• Assist students with homework completion across various subjects, providing clear explanations and guidance.
• Develop and implement engaging age-appropriate recreational and educational activities (e.g., arts and crafts, games, reading).
• Ensure the physical and emotional safety and well-being of all children under care.
• Maintain tidiness and orderliness within the aftercare facility.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and any concerns.
• Uphold the school's policies and procedures at all times.
