Qualifications

• Experience in childcare, teaching, or youth work is essential.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in child development.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
• First Aid or CPR certification preferred.
