Job summary

STELO is seeking a Travel Coordinator to manage all aspects of travel and site mobilisation for personnel across Africa. The role covers flights, visas, travel insurance, in-transit accommodation, ground transport, PPE issuance, and site medicals, ensuring compliance and cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with HR, Operations, and client travel teams, maintaining accurate records and reporting travel spend while adapting to evolving client requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating domestic and international travel.
• Strong knowledge of visas, work permits, and travel documents.
• Excellent communication and records management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and confirm all travel for personnel to sites across Africa.
• Coordinate flights, transfers, in-transit housing, and site transport.
• Manage visa applications and travel documentation.
• Arrange travel insurance and PPE, liaise with HR and Operations.
• Maintain travel database and periodic cost reporting.
