Job summary

STELO GROUP invites applications for the Director: Operations & Maintenance, leading mining processing O&M across Africa. You will shape strategy, oversee international contracts and drive safety, reliability and client value from multiple sites.

We seek a senior executive with 15+ years in mining processing operations and a proven track record in commissioning, readiness programmes and contract management. Frequent international travel and a flexible remote work setup are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical, Process, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 15+ years in mining processing operations and maintenance.
• Experience managing outsourced Operations & Maintenance contracts.
• International mining experience in Africa advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop STELO's Operations & Maintenance Division.
• Develop and execute the Division's strategic growth plan across Africa.
• Provide executive oversight of multiple O&M contracts and drive performance.
• Champion safety, reliability, and client satisfaction while growing the business.
