Job summary

Lotus HR and Recruitment seeks a senior operations leader with a tertiary qualification in engineering, construction management, or business management. You will drive strategic and operational initiatives across multiple sites and projects, leading performance, resource planning, budgeting, and customer engagement.

You will apply expertise in contract management, procurement, SHEQ compliance, and stakeholder engagement to achieve profitability targets in a project-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, or related field.
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites and driving initiatives.
• Experience leading operational performance, budgeting, project execution, risk management, and customer engagement.
• Strong knowledge of construction/infrastructure, SHEQ compliance, procurement, asset utilisation and best practices.
