Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a senior operations leader to translate business strategy into reliable service delivery across multiple sites, building accountable teams and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will lead operational service delivery, oversee field services, installations and readiness, manage budgets, fleet, facilities and subcontractor performance while driving safety and quality. This role requires travel and strong strategic input to the CEO.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant operational experience.
• At least 5 years leading managers or supervisors.
• Experience managing customer SLAs and operational budgets.
• Experience in mining services or similar field-based environments.
• Strong commercial acumen, people leadership, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Willingness to travel regularly to operational sites.

• Oversee field services, technician deployment, installation projects and operational readiness across multiple sites.
• Manage operational budgets, workforce capacity, fleet, facilities and subcontractor performance.
• Drive operational efficiency, cost control and continuous improvement without compromising service quality or safety.
• Lead and develop managers and supervisors, establishing clear accountability and strong performance management.
• Manage customer escalations, resolve recurring operational challenges and drive corrective actions through to completion.
• Maintain compliance with site safety requirements and operational standards.
• Provide operational reporting, risk visibility and strategic recommendations to the CEO.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Management or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of relevant operational experience, including at least 5 years leading managers or supervisors.
• Proven experience managing customer SLAs, operational budgets, field service teams and project delivery.
• Experience in mining services, industrial technology, logistics, telecommunications, managed services or a similar field-based environment.
• Strong commercial acumen, people leadership, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Willingness to travel regularly to operational sites and support regional operations as required.

Advantageous Experience

• Mining contractor and site safety exposure.
• Experience supporting 24/7 service delivery environments.
• Regional African or SADC operational experience.
