Network Finance is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee service delivery across multiple sites in South Africa. You will drive SLAs, budgets, field teams and project delivery while maintaining safety and quality.

You will lead managers, develop performance, and report to the CEO with strategic recommendations. Willingness to travel to operational sites is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant operational experience, including at least 5 years leading managers or supervisors.
• Experience in managing customer SLAs, operational budgets, field service teams and project delivery.
• Relevant qualification in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Management or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in mining services, industrial technology, logistics, telecommunications, managed services or similar field-based environment.
• Strong commercial acumen, people leadership, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Willingness to travel regularly to operational sites and support regional operations as required.
