Job summary

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) and relevant compliance requirements.
• FAIS compliance is required.
• Clear criminal and credit checks.
• Minimum 3 years’ sales experience.
• Computer literacy: MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Presentations skills are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service and identify opportunities for new business or retention.
• Handle complex queries, process cases, and resolve problems.
• Analyze problems to find best solutions (technical or professional).
• Receive visitors and refer complex matters to colleagues.
• Enter call details into CRM and create a call plan for retention.
• Set objectives for sales calls; tailor materials for decision-makers.
• Develop relationship plans for potential accounts with key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory codes; obtain authorization for exceptions.
• Monitor sales and market data to identify development opportunities.
• Represent the organization at sector events and build market visibility.
• Research and analyze data using BI tools for trends.
• Engage with internal/external networks to drive outcomes.
