Qualifications

• 3-5 years collections experience
• Previous credit control/online knowledge
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices

Responsibilities

• Obtain reports from platforms to reconcile and allocate payments
• Query resolution and follow up on outstanding items
• Process customer refunds
• Handle customer complaints and escalate as needed
• Control of fraudulent credit card administration/chargebacks from banks
• Review and reconcile customer accounts regularly
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or disputes with customer accounts
• Understand and apply standards set out in relevant legislation
• Maintain customer-centric service and manage expectations
