Multiform Human Development (Pty) Ltd. is seeking a Debtors Clerk to manage accounts receivable, ensure accurate records, and support collections. The role focuses on invoicing, payment reconciliation, and maintaining up-to-date customer balances.

The ideal candidate has experience in debt collection, strong numerical capability, and proficiency with accounting software and Excel. ERP familiarity and meticulous, organized work style are essential for timely month-end closings and client

Formación

• Proven experience in debt collection or AR management.
• Strong numerical proficiency and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and accounting software.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Process and reconcile customer invoices and payments per policies.
• Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with clients for timely payment.
• Maintain accurate records of customer account balances and histories.
• Prepare and send statements, invoices and payment reminders.
• Assist with resolving billing discrepancies and client inquiries.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on outstanding debts and collections progress.
• Collaborate with sales to communicate customer account status.
• Assist in month-end closing processes related to accounts receivable.
