The Key Recruitment Group is seeking a dependable Debtors/ Creditors Clerk for their Durban area client based in Glenwood. The role covers end-to-end invoicing, credit checks, stock and payment scheduling, plus general office duties.

You will manage filing, banking of cash sales, supplier queries and maintain accurate ledgers with attention to detail. Matric and 5 years experience in Debtors/Creditors are required.

Qualifications

• Matric is required; a related certificate is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Debtors and Creditors.
• Administrative experience essential.

Responsabilités

• Perform credit checks and vet new customers for approval by management.
• Email copies of invoices when requested and coordinate with filing clerk.
• Enter stock after verification and reconcile balances to statements.
• Prepare monthly payment schedules and file invoices.
• General office duties: phones, stationery, maintenance coordination, petty cash, banking cash sales, filing archives.
