Job summary

Danté Personnel Recruitment is seeking a Creditors Clerk in Bellville, Western Cape. The role focuses on accounts payable processes, invoice capture, coding, authorisation, and supplier statement reconciliations. Experience with Kerridge or SAP is required.

Responsibilities include preparing payment documents, processing payments, and maintaining filing systems. The ideal candidate has Matric and at least 3 years of creditors experience and will work within monthly deadlines.

Qualifications

• Matric with at least 3 years' experience in creditors' accounts payable.
• Accurately capture invoices and match supporting documentation.
• Process COD payments and manual cheques; prepare related documentation.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of creditor payment documents and capturing of payments.
• Accurately capture invoices and match supporting documentation to ensure invoicing accuracy.
• Ensure invoices are correctly coded, priced, and properly authorised with supporting proof.
• Reconciliations of creditor accounts and supplier statements.
