Blacksmith Agency is seeking an Account Strategist to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will drive strategy, budget decisions, and narrative during client calls, serving as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, focusing on ROAS optimization, performance improvements, and long-term client growth. Remote work with US/Canada/South Africa availability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements and pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Fluent spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilités

• Own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to pause or kill a campaign.
• Set up and rely on accurate conversion tracking using GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client; explain the numbers on client calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Account Strategist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.


• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.


• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.


• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.


• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.


• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.


• Agency experience across several clients at once.
