Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Strategist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You are the strategic voice, shaping targeting, budgets, roadmap and the narrative when clients ask why you made the calls.

You will manage campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing, and ensure reliable tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and pixels. Remote role with US/Canada/SA clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Google Ads and Meta campaign management.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvement track record across clients.
• Agency experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Responsibilities
