Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking an Account Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budget calls, roadmap, and narrative in client conversations as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, with a focus on ROAS improvements, budget optimization, and rigorous attribution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across multiple clients simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Account Strategist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.


• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.


• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.


• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.


• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.


• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.


• Agency experience across several clients at once.
