Job summary

Afrocentric IP is seeking a Senior Account Manager for its I-BCMS portfolio. You will lead growth and adoption among key enterprise accounts, acting as a subject matter expert on resilience and continuity strategies.

You will engage with EXCO and board-level stakeholders to drive business continuity initiatives and sell complex resilience solutions in a fast-paced ICT environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in Account Management, ICT Sales, or Business Development.
• Demonstrated experience selling business continuity, disaster recovery, or managed resilience solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and adoption of Afrocentric IP’s Integrated Business Continuity Management Solutions (I-BCMS) across strategic enterprise accounts.
• Act as a subject matter Authority on resilience and continuity strategies with senior stakeholders.
• Engage EXCO and board level to align on resilience and continuity initiatives.

• Working knowledge of ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management Systems).
• Understanding of DRaaS, BaaS, and related recovery technologies.
• Ability to engage at EXCO and board level on resilience and continuity strategyComplex sales cycle management and commercial proposal writing.
