Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking a candidate to drive the adoption and growth of our self-service sponsored advertising platform for marketplace sellers in Cape Town. The role focuses on analyzing advertising performance data, building media plans, and identifying upsell opportunities while managing campaigns from booking to billing.

You will collaborate with Account Managers, Marketing, CRM, and Technical teams to enhance seller engagement and platform performance, with a focus on training

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and growth of the self-service sponsored advertising platform among marketplace sellers.
• Analyze advertising and sales performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Build media plans and identify upselling opportunities for key advertiser accounts.
• Manage advertising campaigns from booking through execution, reporting, and billing.
• Monitor campaign performance and share results with clients and stakeholders.
• Support seller acquisition, retention, and advertising revenue growth initiatives.
• Partner with Account Managers, Marketing, CRM, and Technical teams to improve seller engagement and platform performance.
• Assist with training, webinars, case studies, and educational content to increase platform adoption.
• Escalate and resolve operational or platform-related issues.
