What Will You Do?

• Drive adoption and growth of digital advertising products across a portfolio of clients
• Consult with clients on performance marketing strategies and campaign optimisation
• Build media plans and advertising solutions aligned to client objectives
• Analyse campaign performance data and provide actionable insights
• Identify upselling and revenue growth opportunities
• Manage client relationships and consistently achieve sales targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery
• Support education, onboarding and best‑practice adoption of advertising platforms

What Do You Need?

Junior Level:

• 1–3 years' experience in digital media sales, account management or performance marketing
• Understanding of digital advertising, e‑commerce and online marketing principles
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment

Senior Level:

• 3+ years' experience in digital media, retail media, advertising sales or performance marketing
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
• Experience developing strategic media plans and managing key client relationships
• Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics, campaign optimisation and data‑driven decision‑making
• E‑commerce, marketplace advertising or retail media experience advantageous
