What you will do

• Lead and inspire a team of advertising sales professionals to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire, retain and grow key advertising accounts.
• Drive sales performance through effective pipeline management, forecasting and reporting.
• Coach and mentor team members to improve client engagement, sales effectiveness and business development skills.
• Build and maintain relationships with strategic clients, agencies and brand partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated advertising solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, reporting and operational efficiency.
• Support the adoption and growth of innovative advertising products and self-service platforms.
• Deliver compelling presentations and commercial proposals to senior stakeholders.

What you need
