Social Places in Century City, Cape Town seeks an Account Executive to support the Account Management team and own a portfolio of smaller accounts. The role requires strong relationship management, operational excellence and clear communication to solve client challenges.

You will manage day-to-day client tasks, monitor performance metrics and help with onboarding, renewals and upsell opportunities. A flexible, proactive mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, SaaS or client services.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering excellent service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day client communications, including operational requests.
• Brief, manage and update client requests using project management tools.
• Oversee client support tickets and ensure timely resolution via the helpdesk platform.
• Conduct regular client follow-ups to maintain relationships and satisfaction.
• Monitor and track client feedback to action via internal teams.
• Assist with client retention efforts and preparation of reports/presentations for meetings.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings between Account Managers and clients.
