Susurros del Corazón, Auberge Collection, invites a seasoned Experience Manager to join its luxury beachfront team in Punta de Mita. You will lead a brand-defining program to deepen soulful guest experiences through adventures, events, classes, and space activation.

You will craft annual calendars, coordinate inter-departmental events, curate resort rituals, and partner with local vendors to reinforce the property's story across guest touchpoints and marketing materials.

Qualificações

• 6-8 years of work experience in a creative field, and previous leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, ideally in Design, Marketing, Public Relations, or a combination.
• Be a natural entrepreneurial leader with a positive demeanor and a sense of adventure.
• Demonstrated excellence in a leadership role in a creative field.
• Ability to creatively plan/program ideas that bring the property identity to life from initiation to execution; adapt and revise plans as developments necessitate in real time.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and make smart decisions that support resort operations.
• Ability to professionally represent the resort and interact with guests in a polished, responsible, and timely manner.

Responsabilidades

• Develop annual events calendar for the property based on Susurros del Corazón Journey Map.
• Plan, lead, and guide inter-departmental execution of events, activities, classes, and programs.
• Develop daily rituals that bring the resort’s spirit alive for guests and the local community.
• Curate design elements for use in Resort spaces, retail, and amenity offerings.
• Create, execute, teach, and standardize presentation and execution of guest offerings.
• Activate event spaces in well-designed ways to create memorable guest experiences.
• Establish relationships with local partners and vendors to enhance our brand story.
