Freelance Latin America is seeking a highly organized Service Coordinator / Dispatcher to join a professional IT services team. You will coordinate service requests, schedule technicians, and be the primary communication link between clients and the support team.

This fully remote role offers opportunities to work with international teams, with training and onboarding support and a clear scope of responsibilities and structured workflows.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in IT help desk, MSP, or service-dispatch environments.
• Ability to coordinate multiple resources and schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Answer and direct incoming calls professionally.
• Coordinate IT service requests and appointments.
• Process service requests via email, phone, or client submissions.
• Schedule technicians using the ticketing platform.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and the support team.
• Monitor schedules and ensure timely updates and utilization.
• Escalate when service levels cannot be met.
• Track progress and report metrics to management.
• Assist with basic billing and software licensing reconciliation.
