Toptal is seeking an experienced Management Consulting Matcher to directly engage with clients, understand needs, and pair them with top consultants from our global network. This is a remote role with English communication required and no visa sponsorship.

You will gather requirements, define roles, search and shortlist talent, and manage engagement logistics. You’ll mentor consultants, resolve disputes, and help scale Matching operations across the network.

Formación

• 5+ years in Management Consulting (top-tier or reputable boutique firm) or equivalent advisory experience.
• Hands-on experience across multiple consulting practices — strategy, finance, operations, marketing, people/HR, and technology.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into consultant responsibilities and skills.
• Excellent communication, relationship development and emotional intelligence to qualify a project and assess fit.
• MBA is an advantage but not required; strong understanding of strategy concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Gather requirements and consult with clients to ensure needs are understood.
• Define job descriptions, talent responsibilities, and requirements.
• Search talent profiles, shortlist candidates, and send availability requests.
• Confirm talent availability, screen job applications, and select candidates.
• Introduce candidates to clients, communicating technical and cultural fit.
• Customize talent rates, adjust commitment types, and schedule engagement dates.
• Obtain feedback on talent and maintain detailed platform documentation.
• Provide advice and guidance to Management Consultants in the network.
• Investigate disputes and collaborate cross-functionally in the resolution process.
