Freelance Latin America seeks a Junior Sales Assistant Coordinator to support a US-based sales operation in a remote capacity. You will serve as the first contact for inquiries and help manage leads, quotes, bids, follow-ups, and pipeline activity.

Qualifications

• Junior-level experience in sales coordination or related roles.
• Fluent English communication (phone & email).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
• Capture and qualify new inquiries and route to sales team.
• Distribute quotes and proposals and confirm receipt with customers.
• Proactively follow up on open quotes according to schedule.
• Maintain CRM records with notes, statuses, and next actions.
• Organize and monitor the sales pipeline for timely follow-ups.
• Escalate complex opportunities needing advanced sales/tech expertise.
• Participate in regular sales check-ins and pipeline reviews.
