Job summary

RDS Same Day Delivery is seeking an inbound Customer Service Representative to handle client inquiries, track orders, and provide timely information on deliveries. The role emphasizes clear communication and accurate data entry within our CRM systems.

This is a remote, full-time position with a consistent schedule, including Saturday availability and a weekday off. Occasional evenings or holidays may be required during peak periods to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, ideally in logistics/delivery/transportation.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with CRM software and order-tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and emails from clients, provide updates, and enter order details into the system.
• Monitor order statuses and provide real-time delivery information to clients.
• Explain services, delivery options, pricing, and account management to clients and prospects.
• Address inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex concerns as needed.
• Collaborate with operations/dispatch to communicate delivery updates and feedback.
