Job summary

Veta Virtual Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our fast-growing remote call center. You’ll be the friendly, professional voice for our clients, answering calls with warmth, energy, and polish so each caller feels valued and heard.

Requires 2–3 years in a similar role, exceptional English communication, 50 WPM typing, and the ability to work a 9-hour shift between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday. LATAM or Europe-based applicants encouraged.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven experience in a similar role (customer service/call center/phone-based support).
• Exceptional communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Outgoing, energetic, positive personality with strong sense of responsibility.
• Fast learner with familiarity with AI tools.
• Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM.
• Quiet work environment, reliable equipment, and stable internet.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls professionally for diverse businesses, serving as the trusted voice for each client.
• Address callers' needs with empathy, take accurate messages, and deliver promptly.
• Book appointments using scheduling tools and transfer calls efficiently per established protocols.
• Build strong relationships by understanding client requirements and adapting approach.
• Collaborate with the team to improve service quality and maintain high energy.
