Job summary

Rockstar Staffing LLC is seeking a Remote Sales Representative to reach hotels and hospitality businesses across the United States. The role offers base pay per hour plus commissions, with a Monday-Friday schedule and a fully remote setup.

You will engage in cold calling, email outreach, lead generation, and relationship-building with hotel decision-makers to drive staffing solutions. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, comfortable with outbound sales, and capable of managing a CRM to track

Qualifications

• Strong English communication and written skills.
• Experience with outbound sales, cold calling, and prospecting.
• Able to work independently in a remote setting.
• CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cold calling hotels, resorts, and hospitality properties to introduce Rockstar Staffing and staffing solutions.
• Develop outreach emails and follow-up sequences to connect with potential clients.
• Identify hotels needing housekeeping, front desk, F&B staffing support, and more.
• Test calling approaches and messaging to improve response rates and opportunities.
• Build relationships with hotel decision-makers (GMs, HR Directors, etc.).
• Track leads and opportunities in CRM; manage pipeline and follow-ups.
• Schedule meetings and sales conversations for qualified prospects.
• Move opportunities toward signed staffing agreements.
